Today i told my Dad to ‘trust me’ and in my head I finished the sentence ‘I’m the doctor’ but didn’t say it ‘cos I knew my Dad wouldn’t get it. Then he said out loud, ‘I’m the doctor’ and I was like OMIGOSH DAD YOU DID NOT JUST WOW OH WOW THIS CHANGES EVERYTHING, and he had no idea what was going on. He made the reference completely by accident.
